AI for schools
Bring AI into your school on learning's terms.

The situation
AI is already in your school. The question is which kind.
Students already use AI
Mostly as an answer machine, on their own phones, at home.
Bans don't hold
Blocking one tool sends students to the next one, out of sight.
A policy needs a tool
Stardo gives students an AI built to teach, and gives the school the switches.
Nova's rules, your call
Switches the school controls.
Nova explains, asks questions and gives hints instead of answering. The school decides how much of that its students get, and changes it in a minute.
- On or off for the whole school
- From a grade up
- Hints only, for example near exams
- A daily limit per student
- Public share links on or off
A essay chat with Nova.
Student: can you write my essay on why the Roman Empire fell? it's due friday
Nova: I won't write it for you, but I'll help you write a great one. Quick question first: what do you already think caused it?
Student: the economy? and all the invasions i guess
Nova: That's two strong causes already. Here's a plan to turn them into your argument:
Nova's plan, Fall of Rome essay: Mon, Pick your three causes; Tue, Find two sources for each; Wed, Outline: one cause per paragraph; Thu, Draft it in your own words; Fri, Read it aloud, fix, hand in.

Questions
Questions schools ask
How can a school bring AI in safely?
Give students an AI that's built to teach, and keep the controls with the school. Stardo's Nova explains, asks and hints instead of answering, and the school decides whether it's on, from which grade, hints only, and how much a day.
Where is student data kept, and who sees it?
We share a security overview, a data map and our subprocessor list with your privacy team, showing where each kind of data is stored and processed. Students' Nova chats, notes and files are private to them; the school sees its own classes and totals.
Does Stardo replace our learning platform?
No. Stardo is each student's planner and study buddy, on top of whatever the school uses. Rosters come in from a OneRoster file, and Google and Microsoft sign-in are coming soon.
Is there more work for teachers?
No. Teachers can post work once and it lands on every student's timeline; if they don't, students still add their own work. Nothing has to be re-entered.
What does a pilot cost?
A pilot term is free. We set up your school, bring in your roster, and review how it went with you at the end of the term.
Talk to us about a pilot.
Tell us about your school. We'll plan a free pilot term with you, and send the security overview, data map and subprocessor list for your privacy review.
